**The Opportunity**:
Talent & Development is on the hunt for a T&D Functional Lead - Learning Systems to join our dynamic Operations and Technology Solutions team. Reporting to the Learning Tech Service Delivery and Release Lead, you'll be the driving force behind the design, development, implementation, and upkeep of our cutting-edge learning systems and technologies. Your mission? Ensuring these systems empower our learners, align with our strategic priorities, and deliver world-class learning experiences.

**What We're About**:
**Learning Systems Product Ownership**:_ _**You'll be the guardian of our global learning systems, ensuring they're expertly configured, seamlessly integrated, and a joy to use. You'll collaborate directly with our business units to tailor the platform to their learning needs.

**Learning System Integration**: Partnering with our global IT team, you'll orchestrate the integration of learning systems and technologies, making sure data flows effortlessly and our ecosystem thrives.

**Requirements Gathering and Analytics**: You'll work closely with stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable plans for system design and implementation. Meeting the diverse needs of our user groups will be your specialty.

**User Acceptance Testing**: As the test guru, you'll own the strategy and plan for product enhancements and new implementations. Your guidance will ensure success.

**Vendor Management**: Building strong relationships with our learning system vendors will be your forte. From selection to ongoing performance evaluation, you'll ensure our learning technologies are top-notch.

**Data Analytics and Reporting**:You'll harness the power of learning system analytics to provide valuable insights, measure learning effectiveness, and drive continuous development.

**Your Essentials**:
Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, technical translation, and leading system implementation projects

Familiarity with learning standards like SCORM and xAPI

Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills

Detail-oriented with a knack for making complex information understandable

Pro at collaborating within matrix project teams, including virtual teamwork across regions

Positions are open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico.
