**PRODUCTION MANAGER**

For state-level asian high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sales of precision components for automatic forming of stamping dies.

Its products are widely used in electrical and automotive fields at home and abroad. The company’s electrical products involve low-voltage power distribution precision parts, industrial automation precision parts, medium-voltage power distribution and energy equipment precision parts.

**Required Skills**:

- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in mechanical drawing interpretation and recognition.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive.
- Profound understanding of project management (PMP certification preferred).

**Position Overview**:
As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth strategy and annual business plan. Your responsibilities include overseeing the execution of our production strategic plan, supervising the production system, and ensuring the achievement of our production goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development of the company's growth strategy and annual business plan.
- Coordinate and oversee factory production, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of production tasks.
- Establish and maintain a quality assurance and control program with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Implement cost control measures, optimizing production processes to reduce costs while increasing output and maintaining quality.
- Develop staffing plans aligned with the company's factory development goals and provide necessary training.
- Enforce safety and production management protocols, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in lean principles, actively participating in on-site improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in machinery, automation, materials, measurement, project management, international trade, or related fields.
- Proven experience in successful project management.
- Extensive background in factory operations, including familiarity with stamping equipment, testing procedures, production processes, and recruitment.
- Over 5 years of experience in production management, with expertise in production and operation management, quality management, equipment management, and production safety.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
