Ho Brothers is a boutique fine jewelry manufacturer specializing in simplifying the custom design process. We currently serve over 275 retail jewelry companies across the United States. From initial sketch to final polish we take care of every step in the production process. We are constantly reviewing and improving our technology and skills so we can provide high quality jewelry in the most efficient manner. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to manage all aspects of our marketing. The Marketing Manager will work with the Leadership Team to assist in delivering our message to target customers. Target customers should understand our value proposition. Qualified leads will go to our Sales Team to close and convert to a long term customer.

This job is not remote and will work out of our Guadalajara office. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

- The objective is to ensure our target customers understand our value proposition and to deliver hot leads to our Sales Team to close and convert to a long term customer
- Execute our defined marketing plan
- Make suggestions and contributions to improve on marketing plan
- Coordinate with Freelancers to execute our marketing plan
- Oversee and execute our marketing campaigns
- To learn and understand basic fundamentals of jewelry manufacturing process, our business, and our value proposition in the industry and manage all aspects of our marketing
- Oversee and manage content development by working with Freelancers and our Chicago based team
- Periodically work with external Marketing firms to further optimize and improve our marketing funnel
- Research and analyze new strategies, tools, and technologies that may assist in our marketing efforts on an as needed basis

Marketing Manager Qualifications / Skills:

- Native level written and verbal English communication skills required
- 4+ years of marketing experience preferred
- B2B marketing experience preferred
- Experience with HubSpot preferred
- Strong analytical problem solver - solutions driven
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Managerial experience preferred
- Constant learner & able to learn information quickly
- Ability to work independently and is self-motivated
- Team player
- Accountable
- Not required but US Visitor Visa is preferred. Occasional travel to our Chicago office is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- $30,000 to $45,000 Mexican Pesos per month (Mensual); Salary
- 12 PTO days per year after 1st year of employment
- 6 Paid US Federal Holidays

Standard Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6:00PM (Chicago - US Central Time Zone); with occasional work outside of normal business hours in emergency situations
