**Job Description**:
SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
Responsible for the liaison between the company and the client during the project life.
May work at client site on a day-to-day or periodic basis. Ensures customer satisfaction
of migrations/solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules, budgets, and
deliverables. Services may be provided on a fee-for-service basis or be included as part of the purchase price for company products. Involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects to clients. Plans and directs schedules
and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through project closure. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Functional
- Reviews and updates scope, contract, main stakeholders, and budget.
- Responsible that the delivered documentation following the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements.
- Interacts daily with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present information.
- Builds stable working relationships internally.
- Leads meetings throughout the project life (internal KOM, customer KOM, project status, etc).
- Works with Solutions Manager and Engineering Manager to budget, plan and schedule project activities and resources
- Leads the project risk management (identification and mitigation with the project team).
- Attack roadblocks and impediments to delivering incremental value.
- Leads and gathers lessons learned through the project.
- Ensures with the Technical Leader the design, implementation, test, and startup phases of complex systems projects.
- Ensures the creation and approval of any Engineering Design and Functional Specification.
- Facilitate and ensures the use of templates, procedures, and standards.
- Reports project status and issues.
- Leads and follow-up the material status with the buyer.
- Responsible for on-site implementation and startup (site or remote lead).

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Engineering or Information Technology discipline or equivalent knowledge; further education in engineering/administration is a plus.
- More than 3 years of experience as Project Manager / Technical Leader activities.
- Understand of LAN/WAN network technologies.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA and/or FactoryTalk Software will be an advantage.
- Understand Rockwell Automation Products hardware and software product suites (FT Studio, FT View, FT Historian, FT Asset Centre, FT Directory, FT Security) will be an advantage.
- Understand Cyber Security Standards, Thin Client technologies, and virtualization technology (VMWare).
- Not required but desired knowledge of any: GAMP, PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner, JIRA, CSM, MS Planner, Hive, Trello.
- Good knowledge (Microsoft Windows environment, Office 365).
- Advanced knowledge in MS Project.
