- ERP Quote to Cash SAP SALES AND DISTRIBUTION

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Responsible for supporting existing SAP (S/4 Hana & ECC) systems, mainly working on incidents / problem tasks in day-to-day operations to ensure system stability and service continuity within targeted SLA as per the Application Support Incident / problem Management process
- .Responsible to work on Changes Requests / Bug fixes - Ensure proper communication and coordination between cross functional and business team / end users.
- To be part of UAT / PGLS Support team for Release activities.
- Continuous learning on cross function modules and sharing knowledge within the team
- Should be self-driven and self-motivated to work under pressure and able to prioritize the work.
- Should be a good team player.

**Background & Skills**:

- Expert knowledge in Sales order management - Order to cash process along with other Special business process - Customer Consignment, Intercompany, Scheduling Agreement, contracts, and Third-party business. ALE / EDI, Idocs and partner profile. - Hands on into Basic functions - Stock Availability and TOR, Material Determination, Output, Delivery scheduling and Price determination.
- Having exposure with S/4 Hana Business partner/ Settlement management and Advanced Return process.
- Have a good understanding of Nota Fiscal solution and Brazil localization setup.
- Hands on US Tax compliance solution. Other skillset
- Good understanding of business processes
- To prepare Specification/RICEFW
- Ability to work independently on break-fixes / Enhancements and follow the Charm process.
- Basic FIORI knowledge
- Basic ABAP Debugging and analyze the basic ABAP programming.
- Able to work on third party integrated systems and portals.
