**Responsibilities**
- Act as representative of General Management to ensure implementation and compliance with the company’s Quality Policy.
- Guarantee that the Quality Management System complies with standards such as ISO, IATF 16949, BIQS, QSB, ASES, etc.
- Write, update, and approve the Quality Manual and related procedures, ensuring consistency across departments.
- Plan, organize, and follow up on system and customer audits.
- Establish, monitor, and report on corrective and preventive action plans.
- Stay informed about changes in customer and certification body requirements (AFAQ, UTAC, TÜV, etc.).
- Ensure product quality during development and series production phases, including validation of new or modified products.

Experiência y requisitos

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of customer quality systems and standards (ISO, IATF 16949, BIQS, etc.).
- Technical expertise in materials (plastics, etc.), manufacturing processes (blowing, injection, etc.), metrology, and laboratory operations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders (internal teams, customers, suppliers, certification bodies).
- Proven experience in leadership, with skills in listening, synthesizing, convincing, and guiding teams.
- Experience in managing quality systems, audits, and improvement initiatives.
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and implement effective action plans.
- Competence in coordinating cross-functional and supplier-related quality actions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
