**Operational Excellence and Industrial Engineering Specialist II**

**YOUR TASKS**

**Position Objective**:
️ **Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement Forvia ES tools and standards across production and related areas.
- Design and optimize work systems with a focus on ergonomics, material flow, and value creation.
- Coordinate Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement projects (CIP).
- Ensure reliable data for capacity planning, costing, and standard times (MTM, REFA).
- Manage SAP master data (work centers, routings, production versions).
- Train and support teams in Lean methodologies, Standard Work, and performance-based bonus systems.

**Objetivo del puesto**:
Liderar iniciativas de mejora de productividad y eficiencia económica en el área de producción, aplicando metodologías de ingeniería industrial, principios de manufactura esbelta (Lean) y herramientas del sistema de excelencia operacional Forvia Excellence System (FES).

️ **Responsabilidades clave**:

- Implementar herramientas y estándares del sistema Forvia ES en producción y áreas relacionadas.
- Diseñar y optimizar sistemas de trabajo considerando ergonomía, flujo de materiales y valor agregado.
- Coordinar talleres Kaizen y proyectos de mejora continua (CIP).
- Asegurar datos confiables para planeación de capacidad, costos y tiempos estándar (MTM, REFA).
- Gestionar datos maestros en SAP (centros de trabajo, rutas, versiones de producción).
- Capacitar y acompañar a equipos de trabajo en metodologías Lean, trabajo estandarizado y sistemas de bonificación.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
**Ideal Profile**:

- University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or process engineering.
- Knowledge of SAP, MTM, cycle times, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong cross functional leadership, training, and analytical skills.

**Perfil ideal**:

- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
- Experiência de 2 a 3 años en mejora continua, manufactura esbelta o ingeniería de procesos.
- Conocimiento en SAP, MTM, tiempos ciclo y metodologías de manufactura esbelta.
- Habilidad para liderar proyectos, capacitar equipos y generar impacto sostenible.
