**At MedTrainer we are looking for our next Customer Support Specialist to be part of our team**
MedTrainer is an innovator in the healthcare industry, transforming technology solutions with the **MedTrainer Platform Solution**, which integrates our proprietary **Learning Management System (LMS)**, a strong focus on **Compliance Training**, and our **Managed Services** in **Credentialing and Compliance Management**.
**Job Description** What you’ll do**:
You will handle incoming inquiries from internal and external customers via phone and JIRA ticketing system. You’ll provide basic technical support, resolve issues efficiently, and document all interactions in our CRM. You’ll work closely with our learning and compliance platforms to ensure an exceptional support experience.
**Profile requirements**:
- 1 - 2 years of Customer service or support experience.
- ** Advanced English level (spoken and written)** is required.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing basic technical support.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and documentation of customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
**Work Location**
This is a on-site position in Querétaro, Mexico with the opportunity for some home office based upon performance

**Main responsibilities**:
- Resolve incoming inquiries for internal and external customers via JIRA ticketing system and phone calls
