In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

How you'll make your mark:_**

In a typical day as a **Finance MOC (Management Of Change) Project Manager**, you would
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional finance areas to shift from a current state to a desired future state.
- Lead and coordinate project team members to achieve and deliver tasks:

- Determine and agree MOC strategy including stakeholders management, Change Impact Analysis, training and communications requirements
- Coach and lead the teams in order to achieve goals and timelines
- Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring as well as risk assessment and change management according to defined governance methods and standard processes.
- Conduct status reviews with project teams and managers on a regular basis

About you:_**
- Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values.
- Lead cross functional teams to develop training materials and explaining how new programs will drive positive process improvements
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Experienced in leading and coordinating cross functional teams, as well as in conflict and risk management
- Responsible, confident and high motivated with excellent in verbal and written communication
- Superior teamwork skills
- Strong project management skills (preferable holding a PMP certificate or equivalent).
- Strong business acumen
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
