**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in quality management, preferably in [specific industry].
- In-depth knowledge of ISO regulations and statistical tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Intermediate English Language, Japanese Plus
