**Purpose of Position.**

**To improve and sustain maintenance reliability and low maintenance costs**

**Responsibilities**:

- Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented
- Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques
- Key roll designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;
- Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and making adjustments as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.
- Improving health and safety policies and procedures
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance area
- Experience developing maintenance strategies
- Experience handling Computerizing Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Project management
- Understanding and experience of Lean Manufacturing
- Management and control of maintenance costs
- Spare parts and tooling management
- Root cause analysis experience
- Understanding of TPM methodology (preferred)
