Analyze import / export operations with focus in Customs and/or Fiscal Deposit, providing services of various business units and regions with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Use the data to create financial presentations involving graphs, charts, diagrams and tables. Formulate new ways to analyze customs compliance results and drive the business performance forward. Solve problems and develop new methods of analysis to streamline decision-making.

**Responsabilities**:

- Control of the fiscal deposit entries of the Customs operations of GMM
- Extraction of the Fiscal deposit Operations
- Comply with the Fiscal deposit extractions on a regulatory and compliance environment.
- Comply with non tariff restrictions
- Develop and Implementation of compliance and regulatory changes on the customs operations extraction
- Coordinate and give direction to the extraction operations team
- Comply with validation and payment of pedimentos of the fiscal deposit according to the scheduled dates
- Create financial reports for different business units
- Maximize preferential duty saving programs
- Responsible for develop, train and coach team to achieve maximum personal/technical growth and maximize their contribution to GM
- Comply with reports required by the MX Authorities
- Comply with Internal and External Audits
- VAT and IEPS credit certification
- Handle of IT Tools
- Responsible to ensure 100% of accuracy in reports and information provided by customs service provider.
- Analyze/interpret and determine the reporting position for complicated technical issues arising in connection with changes to laws and regulations.
- Responsible for managing customs systems including custom brokers and system service providers.
- Responsible for managing all system related activities oriented to operate efficiently the GM customs process.
- Responsible for engaging service providers and GMM users to communicate any system event that may impact processes and/ or customs operations
**Experience / Education**:

- +6 years in similiar positions
- Bachelor Degree (International Business and related)
- English Advanced
- Experience in Customs
- Experience in Fiscal Deposit of the Automotive Industry
