**Descripción y Requisitos**

It is responsible for planning, integrating and executing operations in the productive, quality, maintenance and inventory management areas, guaranteeing compliance with the processes - procedures, making the availability of resources more efficient.

Main areas: production, warehouse, quality and maintenance

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Optimizes resources to meet production schedules in a timely manner.
- Ensures on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures production quality levels according to specifications.
- Supervises and manages inventory control in the warehouse, including the raw material receipt area and finished product shipments.
- Supervises the activities of preventive and corrective maintenance of the production team, as well as the integral maintenance of the building.
- Implement actions that contribute to the scope of the operational KPI'S of the site.
- Develops continuous improvement and cost reduction plans with the work team.
- Complies with following up on the Internal Work Regulations.
- Complies with the Regulations and Procedures for Industrial Safety and the Environment to verify that the personnel under their charge are working under safe conditions.
- follow and enforce the processes and procedures of the operation.

**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor´s degree. Required
- MBA. Desired

**EXPERIENCE**:

- +3 Operational leader
- 90% english
