**Job Summary**

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Learn all profiles associated with the vendor portal and process and be knowledgeable of the nuances of each
- Review the build out of each section of the vendor portal and offer suggestions for improvements
- Sit in on development calls to learn about new features being released and give feedback
- Test new features, acting as a specific user
- Work with the users of the portal to understand possible issues
- Build out working templates and documents for specific jobs and parts of the portal
- Write out best practices and SOPs to assist with non-technical users
- Trouble shoot problems that are addressed
- Assist with overseeing the fulfillment of orders via the vendor portal
- Communicate with clients as needed

- Conduct virtual Vendor Portal training for vendors, Process Managers and others as needed

**Supervisory Responsibilities**
No direct reports

This is an in office position.

**Position Type and Expected Work Hours**
This is a full time position. Days and hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F but may be flexible.

**Travel Requirements**
No travel required

**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with communicating with development teams in a well thought out manner

**Preferred Education and Experience**
- Experience with a marketplace/ridesharing/mapping startup - can work in a fast-paced environment that requires you to wear multiple hats

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong technical skills and ability to pick up software quickly
- Strong communication skills
