**Engagement Details**

Our client is dedicated to advancing the security of AI and ML systems, providing comprehensive visibility and proactive protection to multi-modal systems, ensuring a safer, compliant, and resilient AI-powered future.

You’ll build a greenfield project integrating with our LLMs using the latest and greatest React.js on the frontend and Python / Django on the backend.

**Required Qualifications**
- Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
- 3+ years of full-time hands-on Software Development experience.
- 2+ years of full-time hands-on Django experience.
- 2+ years of full-time hands-on React.js experience.
- Proactive communication: ability to get requirements from the stakeholders independently by initiating conversations, proposing solutions, and getting the answers.
- Self-sufficiency: ability to achieve results independently without additional encouragement.
- Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.

The Right Balance team is 60+ engineers going to 100+ by the end of the year. The current client size team is 7+ people. The timing is great to be a part of a rapidly growing team making meaningful contributions.
- What happens if the engagement is completed?_

Most of our engagements are long-term in nature. That said, if the current engagement is ramping down, we’ll present you with more long-term opportunities to transition into.
