This position is responsible for executing the day to day of supply chain execution. This can include a whole host of activities but will primarily focus on the purchasing task of the new item setup process. This position will also be responsible for engineering part data and cleanup.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Executes the New Item Setup Purchasing and Request for Quote Task including understanding the priority from sales teams, reaching out to suppliers for price and lead time among other things, and loading that data into our ERP systems.
- Will be responsible for updating part metadata, taxonomy and associated supplier information in engineering databases.
- Will be introduced to parts engineering roles and responsibilities.

- Ability to provide and accept constructive criticism.
- Effective communicator in written and oral form.
- Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of external customers and internal clients.
- Ability to manage tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrates self-initiative in completing tasks and projects.

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and with cross-functional departments.
- Fluent in Business English in written and oral form.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other related field.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
