**Sales Support Analyst**

**Sales Support Jr. Analyst**

**Main Purpose**

The role of Sales Support Jr. Analyst will provide operational support to sales and GTM teams to ensure customer real time route management, account management and processing of sales strategy team. Will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper functioning of the general sales operational processes by offering support to market teams.

**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**
- Manage the client configuration process, within the Greenmile platform, which involves the collection of internal and client information.
- Manage customer account, ensuring customer geocodes and geofences are correct.
- Gain consensus with the business through the framework to centralize, standardize and then optimize customer and route information.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data and route information
- Build and manage business relationships across all customer/database management
- Notify the sales team and GTM of the deviations identified in the system, based on the sustainability model agreed with the market.
- Carry out a follow-up report on deviations and compliance.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or related.
- 6 months - 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Availability for working Monday - Saturday
- Advanced English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Must be collaborative team player
- Able to express yourself clearly in writing
- Excellent communication skills

This position is based in Mexico´s City, Mexico.
