Join our Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT to drive innovation in a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Technical Product Lead of data analytics and AI solutions you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions within Supply Chain Domain and GenAI solutions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI solutions.
- Break down feature epics into technical tasks and manage dependencies.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Optimize resource allocation through data-driven decisions.
- Maintain high standards for in-house products and tools.

**Essential Skills**:

- 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Exposure of Pharma Supply Chain Domain
- Experience of delivering Digital products using Data, Analytics and AI technologies.
- Expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies.
- Experience leading complex data and AI projects.
- Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams.

**Desired Skills**:

- Master’s, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant field
- Product/Project Management experience in Data, Analytics & AI solutions
- Previous involvement in a large multinational company, Pharmaceutical or similar environment
- Possess working knowledge of basic prompting techniques and continuously improve these skills.
