**Danfoss Mexico** is looking for a **Strategic Buyer**, for our plant in **Reynosa or Queretaro.** As **Strategic Buyer** you will be responsible for operational procurement activities related to Fluid Conveyance hose materials and metal products, acting as a key point of contact for our suppliers while working hand in hand with our Operational and Supply Chain groups.**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Support organization goals and objectives with emphasis on cost savings, supplier performance, contribution margin, and sales.
- Both regional and global supplier strategy and supplier capacity management for our hose and fitting product portfolio.
- Sourcing, material change management, and PPAP activities.
- Quoting and contract review, negotiation, and evaluation.
- Supplier accountability for on-time delivery and reimbursement claims.
- Negotiation and implementation of inventory solutions (CMI, VMI, 3PL, etc.).

**What We're Looking For**
- Bachelors Degree (Logisitcs, Supply Chain, Operations Related)
- 3+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or parts/supplier management
- SAP or other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, JD Edwards) working knowledge.
- Siemens Teamcenter PLM knowledge.
- Experience in negotiating quotes and contracts.
- Experience with engineering changes and qualification activities (PPAP)
- Visa and Passport
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
