Recepción y entrega a tiempo de materiales tanto de proveedores como de clientes nacionales y extranjeros
Elaborar facturas para trámites aduanales.
Elaborar mensualmente y mantener en orden el sistema de pedimentos virtuales y definitivos
Mantener actualizado y dar seguimiento al programa de maquila de la Secretaria de Economía
Es el primer contacto con agentes aduanales y transportistas
Mantener el reporte de importaciones, exportaciones y tráfico interno de manera diaria considerando costos, de fletes extraordinarios.
Responsable de controlar costo en tiempo real de tráfico y aduanas para aprobación de facturas y clasificación adecuada en centros de costos
Responsable del cálculo anual de costo logístico de nuestros productos.
Elaborar mensualmente reporte de gasto logístico, regular, así como extraordinario
Emitir de manera mensual facturación inter-compañía de gasto logístico
Elaborar de manera mensual, reserva contable del gasto logístico para el área de finanzas de manera documentada
Mantener actualizada matriz de transportistas (origen / destino, capacidad, costo)
Implementar programas de ahorro en transporte y gastos logísticos
Mantener registros de importaciones, exportaciones y tráfico interno de manera diaria documentada.
Mantener descargos y lay out de importaciones ante autoridad
Actualizaciones de acuerdo a la le aduanera y cumplimiento a la autoridad
Mantener registros de existencias en Aduanas al cierre de cada día laboral.
Es responsable de determinar daños de material en traslados y realizar cargos identificados a transportistas y/o aduanas.
Responsable de calcular y emitir en tiempo y forma certificados de origen a nuestros clientes correspondientes
Realizar estudio de costos de transporte (cotizaciones ) para nuevos proyectos
Apoya en la realización del inventario físico anual
