We are looking for a
**“Bilingual Customer Service Representative”** to serve partners/clients from the US and Canada for one of our most important Home and lifestyle stores.

**Functions**:
Order status.

Quotes.

General customer service.

THEY ARE NOT SALES.

**Requirements**:
Bilingual experience in customer service (call center/face-to-face) preferred.

ADVANCED English, oral and written essential.

Own computer needed (Windows, NO Mac).

**We offer**:
**SEASONAL** agreement for peak season. (Nov - Jan)

Full-time $12,000mxn gross monthly.

Schedule window (8 am - 8 pm).

10 hours (8 am - 6 pm / 9 am - 7 pm/10 am - 8 pm).

1 hour Lunch.

2 breaks of 15 minutes each.

Two days off (Fri-Sat / Sat-Sun/ Sun-Mon).
