**We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR MANUFACTURING CLERK**

**Purpose**:Provide assistance to operations departments and on special projects.

**You will be responsible for**:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

- Prepares Change Notice Forms (CN’s) to change engineering documentation.
- Enters information as required by engineers.
- Follows all safety policies and other precautions within the company's work area
- Complies with security policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed here may be assigned.
- Assist engineers in carrying out studies.
- Follow EES and J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Scheduling, Training and Education, Document Retention Notifications, Records Cleanup, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and Third Party Provider if apply.
- Is responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
- For those who supervise or manage personnel, they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources necessary to do so are available and in good condition, if necessary.
- Performs other assigned duties as needed.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- High School or Equivalent Technical Career.
- Proficient in English language (preferred)
- Lean Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge and skills to satisfactorily carry out the responsibilities of the position.
- 4 to 6 years of experience related to the position OR 50% or more of the Professional Career completed (preferred)
- Bilingual: English / Spanish.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / ISO
- Use of PC, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of EES information systems preferred.
