In this role as Crop Coordinator, based in Mexico, you will coordinate the Pepper & Eggplant portfolio activities for North and Central with a special focus on Mexico (Pepper Mid & Low tech) and the US (Pepper Open Field).

You will manage the crop portfolio in line with Rijk Zwaan's commercial strategy.

- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture or equivalent.
- Be a proactive and motivated person
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills in an international environment.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in international agriculture/horticulture.
