**About the position**

We are looking for a **Marketing Coordinator dedicated to the Mexico Market and based at the CDMX Office.**

Will be in charge of supporting the marketing strategy in contributing to fueling our sales dynamic in this market (generation of MQLs to closed won business and monitoring their impact on the entity's business result.)

**Your mission**:

- Work closely with the local sales and Customer Success teams and report directly to the LATAM Marketing Manager.
- To know the market in depth with its trends, benchmarking analysis, challenges and opportunities for marketing initiatives that contribute to the growth of the pipeline.
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the leads generation and proper follow up
- Identification and organization of events and partnerships in which our sales team must participate in.
- Webinars organization with clients and partners.
- Support creation of Marketing content reinforcing our expert position (Business Cases, Testimonials, infographics, brochures)

**You will love this job if you**:

- Have minimum** 3-5 years** of experience in B2B marketing (mainly in events). If you have experience in Edtech or SaaS companies, you will be valued.
- We are looking for a dynamic, very proactive, organized and autonomous person.
- Have a level of written and spoken English allowing you to interact with our international teams (B2 minimum). The interviews will be conducted in English.
- Have worked with Salesforce or CRM Systems
- Have excellent analytical skills
- Be very attentive to detail, hands-on, multidisciplinary and enjoy working as part of a team
