**Join Our Team as a Sales Support Agent at Equivity**

**Your Role & Impact**

As a **Sales Support Agent**, you'll be the **first voice a potential client hears**. Through smart questions, active listening, and deep product knowledge, you’ll **qualify inbound leads**, build trust, and generate excitement around our services, helping prospective property owners down the sales funnel. Once a deal is signed, you’ll assist with onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth handoff to our operations team.

**While onboarding support is part of the role, the core focus is on sales.**

**What You’ll Do**
- ** Conduct intro calls** with inbound leads and qualify them based on our client criteria.
- ** Educate prospects** on our services, communicate value, and address initial questions or objections.
- ** Book follow-up calls** with our Sales Director for qualified leads.
- Maintain **detailed lead records** and statuses in **HubSpot** to ensure transparency and maintain a clear pipeline.
- ** Support onboarding** after the sale by collecting documents and coordinating internal setup, while keeping your primary focus on sales.
- Act as a collaborative teammate who’s always looking for ways to improve conversion rates and streamline sales processes.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A background in **sales support, lead qualification, customer service, or project management**.
- Experience with **soft sales** or consultative sales approaches.
- ** 90%+ proficiency in spoken and written English**.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- A **proactive, self-motivated attitude** and sharp attention to detail.
- Experience with **HubSpot** or another CRM platform is highly preferred, but HubSpot is a must.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms like **HubSpot**.
- Prior experience in the short-term rental, property management, or real estate industry is a bonus.

**What We Offer**
- ** Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 6:00-7:00 AM to 3:00-4:00 PM PT
- ** Salary**: $17,000-$24,000 MXN/month gross (Salary and bonuses included).
- ** Bonuses & Incentives**: $2,000-$4,000 MXN/month based on performance.
