**Your Mission**

Your mission will be to build positives relationships with clients by assessing their needs, identifying their requirements, and developing cohesive projects that improve their business operations with more efficient procedures and systems.

You will need to analyze business data in order to assess situations, assign tasks to each team member and solve problems as they arise.

**Who are we looking for?**

Talented Project Managers of ServiceNow, passionate about technological solutions; strong communicators who are comfortable working with different teams and have excellent organization and time management skills. We're looking for creative people, who think outside the box and strive to learn new things and share knowledge with their teammates; in one sentence, people who lead by example.

**Requirements**:

- Software engineer, Electronic Engineer, Systems technician, technologist, or related Education Certificate.
- SCRUM Master or PMP Certifications are a BIG plus.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Project Management of ServiceNow.
- Experience working as a direct point of contact with external, English speaking clients.
- Experience working in Bilingual Environments.
- Able to take control of the project by him/herself.
- Able to speak up and bring ideas and opinions to client when needed.
- Very proactive.
- Experience with risk management.
