**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**:
Manufacturing Cost Finance Specialist is a Finance Business Partner that provides end-to-end financial support to Supply Chain functions.
**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:
- **More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing cost analysis**, budgeting, and identifying savings opportunities. Skilled in lease vs. buy evaluations, standard cost variance analysis, and reporting on capital, commodities, and losses.
- Advanced level of Excel and SAP, S/4HANA is a plus.
- Knowledges on database administration, Power BI, Power Point, SAC, Hyperion Planning.
- **Advanced English**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Review and analyze manufacturing expenses, collaborating with the plant team to have cost projections and savings opportunities, as well as support in the preparation of the budget.
- Collaborate with the Logistics team for the analysis and in-depth projection of distribution and storage expenses, looking for opportunities to improve spending.
- Analyze cost-benefits of lease vs. purchase projects, collaborating with the Procurement and Plant team.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (TPM) and Supply Chain Review processes.
- Prepare reports on savings, capital investments, commodity and loss analysis
- Follow up on the operating model to clarify doubts and improvements to current processes.
- Support the Enterprise Services Organization (ESO)
- Analyze the standard cost of the month against budget and projections, finding the main variations and activating points for improvement.
