Supply Chain Planning Manager

**As a Manager of Materials Planning, you are responsible for**:
- Developing and manage policies that effectively meet customer demand and financial commitment to coordinate the scheduling of manufacturing to sales and marketing, production and materials.
- Managing and reporting the performance of the organization of materials in terms of operational objectives and goals of the company. (KPI's)
- Managing inventory and developing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining established inventory levels to support business objectives.
- Overseeing the scheduling of components and raw materials from outside suppliers to ensure that customer schedules are met, production is not interrupted due to raw/component stock-outs and inventory is kept at optimal levels.
- Monitoring production capacities and inventory levels daily (to include Raw, Components, WIP, Finished Goods) and communicate throughout the organization as required to insure sufficient capacities and levels are available to manufacture scheduled product.
- Delivering Performance / Ship to schedule / Ship to Request
- Driving Revenue Targets
- Setting up the parameters, and part classifications into ERP System. Monitoring SAP data of Customer Order, PR and PO to assure the MRP well running. Clear MRP exceptional messages in a daily basis.
- Updating supply chain scorecard (STS/STR/Lead time/inventory/ ACCLT ) on weekly and monthly basis, root cause analysis on delayed order and excess stock and lead-time extension, drive action to improvement supply chain performance.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- BS or BA required
- +5 or more years of proven experience in materials management with an emphasis on materials planning
- +3 years or more supervisory experience
- Solid knowledge in inventory management systems ERP
- _**English ( highly proficient)**_
- _**US VISA**_
**Desirables**:
- Background in the electrical and/or electronics industry
- Experience with an MTO background a bonus
