**What you’ll do**
Position Title: SAP Mexico Early Career Talent - Human Resources Specialist
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Schedule: 40 HR/week
Contract Duration: 2 Years
**Activities and Responsibilities**
The Human Resources Specialist will sit next to HR Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as:
- Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholder
- Support to daily Local HR Services activities: Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, etc.
- Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives
- Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.
- Be responsible of all tasks about Onboarding and Offboarding process
- Be responsible of to organize activities for organizational environment
**Who you are**
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Educational requirements: Recent Graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date)
- Ideal Majors: Human Resources, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
- Language Requirements: English (B2 & Above), Spanish (Fluent)
