**JOB DUTIES**:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs and streamline processes.
- Manage all aspects of the pre-onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters, including reporting, scheduling, and process coordination.
- Track and generate basic hiring metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Fluent English Communication skills
- 1+ year experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or administration
- The ability to work in a hybrid work environment (three days in the office | two days remote)

- Experience working with US/MX recruitment teams or high-volume hiring.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
