- Coordinate the company's processes analysis in order to identify continuous improvement initiatives aimed at cost reduction - automation and process optimization.
- Coordinate the projects of continuous improvement initiatives with the different areas of Confie, (generate the project, analyze related processes, times of the related activities, the return investment (ROI), related risks, define proposals for improvement, request updates and/or process adjustments, etc.)
- Documentation manage related to the improvement project
- Communicate project progress with areas involved
Job profile:
- Conversational english
- Bachelor´s degree
- Yellow Belt or Green Belt (desirable)
- Six sigma-Kaizen methodology
- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Statistical analysis methods
