- Supervises resources and develops programs based on production capacity and material availability. Monitors processes results and makes necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements. Responsible to set daily production plan to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery and production. Supervises employees to ensure performance in an efficient way. Detects area needs. Leads and coordinates improvement projects. Coordinates and leads production meetings.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Knowledge: Professional degree: Industrial Eng., or related engineering field.English spoken and written 80%.At least 3 years in previous position (professional).Experience as a leader or similar positionMaster Degree (preferred)Experience:Leading people in a manufacturing process is requiredExperience of Electrical Harnesses Manufacturing a must.CAS/Solumina, Tress, PDocM System, Livelink, MS Office.Coordinates meetings and projects on a Lean Management environment.Projects Management.Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing (Recommended).Proven people skills, team work, leadership and communication
