**NOMBRE DEL PUESTO**:Software Engineer

**Requisitos**:

- Altamente eficaz en el trabajo con otros expertos técnicos, Product Managers, Diseñadores UI/UX y stakeholders de negocio.
- Productos entregados que incluyen desarrollo web front-end; JavaScript, CSS, frameworks como Angular, etc.
- Comodidad con herramientas y pipelines de integración continua/entrega continua, como Tekton, Cloud Build, etc.
- Experiência con aprendizaje automático, modelado matemático y análisis de datos es un plus
- Experiência con CA Agile Central (Rally), backlogs, iteraciones, historias de usuario o herramientas ágiles similares
- Experiência en el desarrollo de microservicios
- Comprensión del modelado de datos fundamentales
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas

**FUNCIONES**:

- El Ingeniero de Software trabajará en un Equipo de Producto Equilibrado y colaborará con el Gerente de Producto, el Diseñador de Producto y otros Ingenieros de Software, con la finalidad de ofrecer soluciones analíticas.
- El ingeniero de software, será responsable del desarrollo y el soporte/mantenimiento continuo de las soluciones analíticas.
- Gestión de productos y requisitos: Participar y/o liderar el desarrollo de requisitos, características, historias de usuario, casos de uso y casos de prueba. Participar en reuniones de operaciones stand-up. Llevar actividades que son parte de la metodología de SCRUM.
- Realizar la documentación necesaria de procesos y diseños
- Diseño/Desarrollo/Prueba/Despliegue: Trabajar con el cliente empresarial, el propietario del producto, los arquitectos, el diseñador del producto, los ingenieros de software y el Security Control Champions en el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de la solución.
- Operaciones: Generación de métricas, autorización de acceso de usuarios, mantenimiento de contraseñas y creación de canales de despliegue.
- Incidentes, problemas y solicitudes de cambio/servicio: Participar y/o dirigir actividades relacionadas con incidentes, problemas, cambios y solicitudes de servicio. Incluye análisis de causa raíz (RCA). Incluye actividades proactivas de gestión de problemas/prevención de defectos.
