**About the role**:
As the Operations Lead at Tiba Salud, you will play a critical role in managing and

improving our operations to meet the demands of our growing customer base. You

will be responsible for overseeing the production, quality control, inventory

management, and logistics functions. Your expertise will help us maintain our

commitment to delivering exceptional products in a timely manner to our users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production and Quality Management: Oversee efficient supplement

production, ensure quality, and adapt schedules to meet market demand.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Efficiency: Manage and optimize inventory,

control processes, and collaborate for supply chain efficiency.
- Logistics Coordination and Distribution: Coordinate logistics for prompt,

cost-effective distribution, focusing on minimizing delays and optimizing

transportation.
- SAP Business One: daily to boost operational efficiency, optimize data

management, and ensure effective integration.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Implement continuous

improvement and innovative practices to increase operational effectiveness

and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations leadership roles within the supplements or health consumer industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality control, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supplements.

**Salary expectations**: $20,000 MXN monthly net income.

**Work mode**: Hybrid.

**Vacations**: Free-vacation policy.
