Provides basic support for general client infrastructures including installations, support and maintenance of front office solutions as well as assisting on projects related to systems, network and security services. Follows documented troubleshooting procedures as well as general troubleshooting and will work under indirect supervision. Oversees Monterrey and Naucalpan. Assures the continued operation of Visual Factory and Oracle for 300+userids in Monterrey plus 15+ in Naucalpan.

Handle Service Desk requests in a timely fashion. This includes effective escalation and triage of issues to appropriate Level 2 support personnel.
