**Position**: Bilingual Sales Representative - Remote (Advanced English)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Work from home - Only for residents of Mérida or surrounding areas

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet established sales and quality targets.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ level).
- Internet connection of at least 15 Mbps.
- High school diploma (completed and verifiable).
- Interest in sales or previous customer service experience.
- Full-time availability (Monday to Saturday).
- Complete documentation (INE, RFC, CURP, proof of address, etc.).
- Must live in **Mérida or nearby areas in the state of Yucatán**.
