**What You’ll Do**:

- Access and work within both the existing system and the new system to transfer and validate data.
- Create and enter Sales Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) with accurate details, including product information, pricing, and customer/vendor data; and any other data as required.
- Migrate information from the existing system to the new system, carefully checking for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Review and validate pricing, quantities, and other critical details on Sales Orders to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze data during the migration to identify errors, inconsistencies, or values that “don’t make sense.”
- Flag and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide feedback on the new system’s functionality and assist in process improvements as needed.

- Reliable, accurate, and committed to quality.
- Intermediate-level Excel skills are required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in data entry, order processing, or a related administrative role.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Analytical mindset; able to interpret data and recognize when information is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Familiarity with Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and order management systems preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate level: formulas, filtering, sorting, lookups, pivot tables).
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members to resolve data issues.

**What We Offer**:

- $20,000 - $25,000 pesos per month (gross salary)
- Position on-site
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am
- 5:00 pm PT.
