Our DXC IT Outsourcing services provides customers with reliable, optimized and secure mission-critical systems at lower cost. We manage and simplify existing infrastructure investments and provide a way forward to modernize IT, including moving portions to the cloud.

**About this role**:
Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses. As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Implementation, programming, monitoring and updating of processes in SAP administrative software system installed.
- Assist in the implementation, control, and supervision of equipment and computer systems that support the intelligent operation of the company, as well as technical and user support.
- Develop procedures and standards in SAP.
- Manage SAP Logical Security.
- First level troubleshooting support to all personnel on SAP system major issues.

**Who you **are**:

- Bachelor's degree or Systems Engineering or related career
- 1+ year of SAP Basis experience
