**Associate Marketing Onco-Hematology**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will play a crucial role in the success of our brands, and you will be an important teammate in the Onco-Hematology Franchise (this is a temporary 1-year contract).

**Responsibilities**
- Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)
- Complement & implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan
- Designs and implements promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages
- Translates/implements international brand campaign locally
- Analyses market research and develops POA
- Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimise the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)
- Recruits and handles external vendors
- Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases
- Help to manage all elements of the product launch process including value proposition, development and execution of go-to-market plans from the internal readiness
- Coordinate regular launch team meetings, publishing notes and action items to team members.
- Work with the team to develop sales and partner training and any additional materials and information vital to aid the Sales teams in effectively

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Academic education or experience from similar positions
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industry (Internship/Brand associate)
- Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
- Financial and budgeting skills
- Digital literacy (MS Office programs)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years in a big pharmaceutical company
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a US pharmaceutical company
- Documented experience in Oncology area
- Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position
