**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Purpose: The Sr Financial Analyst is a highly dynamic position which reports to the local site finance management with constant connection with corporate. Obtains growth opportunities and works with multiple business units, generating detail financial information for decision-making at a higher-level management. Collaborates on solving problems with different departments and identifies opportunities. Works closely with engineering to better understand the production process and variance solving.Responsibilities:

- Annual Budget preparation with zero based budget by cost center
- Absorption rate calculation (Labor, LOH, MH, SUP)
- Raw Materials burden rate calculation
- Prepares and executes Annual Cost Roll
- Prepares and reports monthly P&L- Prepares monthly bridge of variances and reports to corporate finance
- Inventory levels review
- Actively analyzes manufacturing variances (PPV, POV, scrap, inventory adj) and provides root cause
- Product structure engineering change review
- E&O monthly review and special reserves control
- Actively supports external and internal auditors (statutory audits)
- Ensure adherence to USGAAP and Internal Controls (SOX compliance). Prepares KPIs and plant metrics
- Review of savings projects (CAPEX)
- Validation of correct expense posting in Cost Centers

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Requirements: - Bachelor Degree in Finance
- +5 years’ experience in similar position (Manufacture environment)
- Knowlagent in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)
- Ad hoc reporting (Onestream, Hyperion, Qlikview)
- Competencies: Results orientation, Strong communication skills, teamwork, focus on details, analysis, initiative, problem solving. Advance Excel reporting
- Fluent English is a must
