Purpose:
Being able to provide top-notch customer service and early delinquency management to large, medium and small customers across the region, including the United Stated.
- Duties:

- Fielding calls from Daimler Truck small business customers in the United States and providing agile, efficient, and caring service in order to solve their concerns or provide a clear guidance as to the status of their accounts.
- Making outbound calls to Daimler Truck small business customers who have reached the early-delinquency bucket, to assess the reason for the lack of payment and help them achieve a solution that allows them to regularize their delinquency situation.
- Take active part in the training sessions provided by Daimler Truck United States division regarding the systems and processes outlining their activities.
- Provide top-notch service and assistance to any problem or query a regional customer may have.

- Technical Skills:

- Completed High School Education
- Languages: English (100%) C1-C2 verifiable, fluent in both Spanish and English languages, Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Microsoft Office package
- Microsoft Office Excel Intermediate
- Experience:

- Previous experience on customer handling required and call center role is preferred.
