As a **National Account Manager**, you will be responsible for create comprehensive and strategic national and global accounts for real estate segment You will be #LI-Onsite in our site in CDMX. You will report to the Director of Strategy and Professional Application for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure. **Key Responsibilities** - Create strategic alliances with clients or main accounts for the industrial market. - Analyze the profitability and productivity of each of its accounts to create actions that make the corporate agreement more efficient and productive. - Periodically analyze the operation and billing of your organic and strategic accounts to create national and regional strategies. - Works with Regional Manager and team in case there is an important potential of your segment with the objective of transmitting knowledge to ensure the closing of accounts. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of proven ability and experience in sales. - English proficiency intermediate to fluent. - Proficient user excel, confident with the use formulas, queries and pivot tables. - Skills: Leadership, Analytical and Strategical thinking. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
