Join us Mission - Building new features and maintaining a business processes management tool (BPM Platform) used in over 150 internal and external processes from all client segments; - Building new features and maintaining our party and agreement solution, where we have a complete view of all our client's data and products; - Refactor a monolithic app into microservices that will be deployed to ING’s private cloud using OpenShift. As a member of our team, you will translate business and technical requirements into coherent features in achievable roadmaps to generate customer value (based on weighted interests). You will share IT Feature Engineering expertise to squads and offer support. Your day to day - Combine the business and IT knowledge to slice Epics into Features and User Stories. Assist with the elaboration and refinement of the requirements to ensure they are granular enough for the squads to deliver within a sprint (two-week interval). - Document the "as is" solution using reverse engineering and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" solution. - Understand business goals and objectives to identify the problems and design effective solutions. - Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature. - Ensure that the solutions delivered is aligned with organizational standards. - Look for areas of improvement in existing business processes. - Support squads with functional and technical knowledge to define and estimate user stories. Facilitate teams to design complex technical solutions. - Work closely with the UX to improve the user interfaces. - Manage the backlog and prioritize the features. - Participate in the scrum ceremonies. Act as the liaison between team and stakeholders. - Facilitate the delivery of the roadmap and escalate concerns or issues to management. - Contribute to stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concern and reacting to these by arranging meetings and propose solutions. - Provide an active role in mitigating impediments over the releases and deliverables. - Offer feedback and collaborate with the Chapter Leaders. - Create user manuals. - Provide training to staff of the organization. The experience we need you to bring to the table: - A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology. - Min 5 years of Professional Experience in business and / or technical analysis. - Min 3 years of Professional Experience as a hands-on software developer with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C# (.Net or Java). - Good understanding of RESTful and SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) services. - Knowledge of one or more databases including but not limited to: SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL. - Very good communication skills and a great team player, highly motivated, self-driven and interested in system analysis domain. - Foreign languages: English (proficient). Nice to have - Working for or with a BPM / low-code / no-code tool. - Work experience as Product Owner. - Work experience in an Agile organization. - Experience in tools like Balsamiq / Sketch / Figma to create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups.
