About the position

We are looking for a Bilingual Attorney with a strong focus on legal research, document analysis, and argumentative writing, capable of integrating legal findings and evidence into solid, well-founded strategies.

This position involves collaborating with different legal teams in evaluating requirements, developing argumentative responses, analyzing background information, and drafting legal documents in English and Spanish.

Main responsibilities

Research and analyze legislation, case law, and doctrine applicable to complex cases.

Draft legal briefs, responses to requests, memoranda, and legal arguments.

Evaluate evidence, statements, and supporting documentation to strengthen lines of defense or case strategies.

Propose legal and argumentative strategies in line with current legal criteria.

Review and validate the consistency of documentation, affidavits, statements, and legal forms.

Prepare indexes, cover sheets, and executive summaries of legal packages for review and submission.

Contribute to the structuring of case strategies based on research and precedents.

Coordinate with other attorneys and support areas to ensure the quality and consistency of documents.

Follow up on determinations or resolutions of judicial or administrative authorities.

Ideal profile

Law degree (Attorney/Qualified Lawyer) - essential.

Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual), both in writing and legal argumentation.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in litigation, legal research, compliance, or related areas.

Excellent writing, critical analysis, and structured legal thinking skills.

Ability to synthesize complex information and transform it into clear arguments.

High attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and professional ethics.

Desirable knowledge

Experience in drafting briefs, responses, answers, or requests from authorities (in any branch of law).

Knowledge of national legal sources and legal databases.

Familiarity with document management tools and legal CRMs (Dropbox, Filevine, etc.).
