We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:
**HR Shared Service Center Lead - Americas**

**SoftwareOne**

Scope: Full-time | Location: Mexico City
- We are looking for THE PERSON, who will be the responsible for leading the HR Shared Service Center of the Americas: Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, USA, Canada, etc._

**Key activities**:

- Lead the HR Operations team: 15 people in charge with 5 sub-teams (pay roll, new employee on-boarding (registrations, contracts, system registrations + OB), outbound, data, etc.).
- Ability to keep the team motivated and develop the team: People in the right role with the right workloads (backups, task allocation, ticket management in the tools, team aligned to the workload).
- Efficient and effective process design with quality (error mitigation, quality audits), data accuracy.
- Finalize the HR-SSC structure.

What we need to see from you:

- Latam HR Operations senior experience, acting as a true business partner for the business and the HR team.
- Expert in data management.
- Operational expert in end to end HR process: From recruitment, payroll, termination, legal / labour laws.
- Expert in process management and legal knowledge: Payroll / Standards, control and management of indicators and HR SSC workloads.
- Management and audit: Process control mechanisms - Compliance and quality - Payroll.
- Advanced English is a must.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with Noram (knowledge of labour laws).

- Planning and strategic thinking.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and give structure.
- Assertive Communication.
