- MISSION
- To lead the delivery of high quality, consistent and customer-centric services by ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment and continuous improvement across all service delivery functions
- MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Develops and implements service delivery strategy in alignment with Plants, Transport Competency Center business goals; Lead mentor and de velop a cross-functional service delivery team to ensure the highest standards of performance
Continuously evaluate and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, cost reduction and improve internal customer satisfaction
- CORE SKILLS
- Proficiency in ERP systems, familiarity with process automation tools and knowledge of quality control systems
proficiency in forecasting models, and expertise in logistics analytics tools
Expertise in financial analysis software, familiarity with budgeting platforms, and advanced reporting tools.
Problem-solving, leadership, operational knowledge, communication
Analytical and forecasting skills, attention to detail, knowledge of fleet operations
Financial acumen, data analysis, cost management, reporting skills.
- EDUCATION
- Degree in operations management or engineering, hands-on experience in industrial settings
Training in capacity planning and optimization, experience with Transport and network design management software
