We are looking for an experienced eCom Merchandise Planning Strategy professional to join our Analytics and Planning Team in Mexico City as eCom Merchandise Planning Strategy Lead.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and execute merchandise plans to meet sales and inventory targets for the online store
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to forecast future demand and inventory needs
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate product availability and inventory management
- Identify and communicate potential inventory risks and opportunities to cross-functional teams
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory
- Conduct regular product analysis to optimize inventory performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with the marketing team to develop promotions and marketing strategies to support inventory goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.

**What you will bring**:

- 5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandise planning and inventory management
- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
- Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
