Important telecommunication company is looking for:
Human Resources Manager
Job description: Human Resources (HR) Manager develops and advice on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization. The successful HR Manager not only deals with staff welfare and administration-centered activities, but also strategy and planning.
- Functions (tasks)
- Experience in payroll processing and reviewing
- Audit operations in administrative letters and documents / Floor Policies
- Participate in the new hire process including orientation and introduction of company’s programs and policies
- Administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs as well as update policies as needed
- Responsible for all terminations
- Point of contact with labor lawyers and the labor board
- Be the key interface with recruiting, operations, finance and accounting on all employee related matters including maintenance of all staff personnel files
- Ensure HR compliance through implementation of HR processes, and employee communications
- Maintain personnel file, medical files, job files, in compliance with legal
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
Law benefits

Salario: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
