Golang Developer

**Golang Developer - Microservices & SRE in a Long-Term Project**:
We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer with a strong background in Java, microservices, and MongoDB to join WIPRO’s long-term project. Your role will involve developing, supporting, and optimizing high-performance, distributed systems, ensuring stability and reliability in production environments. **Responsibilities**:

- Contribute 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Go, and MongoDB to develop and enhance microservices.
- Design, implement, and support microservices, web services, and distributed systems.
- Utilize production/platform tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Splunk for incident management and monitoring.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices.
- Support and troubleshoot complex issues under pressure, ensuring system stability.
- Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, providing clear communication and coordination.
- Gain experience working in L3 support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments, with exposure to monitoring and alerting systems.

**Required Skills**:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Golang, Java, microservices, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, web services, and microservices.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Prior experience supporting production environments (L3 Support/SRE).
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Advanced).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
