**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safety
- Color Matching, several option, and cost analysis
- Delivery of assigned activities in a timely manner
- Interdepartmental Relations / Support
- Sample request & Regulatory requirements and follow-up since transfer of the formulation until delivery customer
- Problem Resolution / Process improvements
- Management of cost
- Customer Technical Support.
- Management and follow-up at new development (Work Orders)
- Develop PDL and share with the requested

**Education**
- Bachelor's or Master degree in (Chemistry, Polymers, Engineering,etc)
- Advanced English Level (writing and speaking)

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Preferred 5 or more years plastics, lab or plant experience or equivalent
- Minimum of at least 4-year processing experience
- Preferred familiarity with screw extruders, injection molders, multi-layer film lines, sheet lines and blow molders
- Must have above average or better color perception based on Munsell Color Vision test
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills English and Spanish
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Calculate fractions and percentages and other arithmetic operations
- Effective communication with several areas and customers
- Leadership
- Knowledege of ISO 9001, HACCP, IATF 16949, Regulatory requirements in Mexico.
- 12 Famliarity with equipments such as moisture analizer, melt index, density, specto photometer, box light
